Returns and refund policy 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours on business days.

30-day return period

You may withdraw from your purchase and return an item within 30 days of the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email info@tadazhi.com before the 30-day period expires. Your message must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your name and order number so that we can identify your order.

Returning your order

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item and for the item until it has been delivered to us. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your receipt.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or with unpaid postage.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and function.

Please return the item in its original packaging with labels and hang tags where reasonably possible, as missing or damaged packaging and excessive handling may reduce the item’s value.

Refunds

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.

When the complete order is returned, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge.

The products may be inspected in the same way as they could be in a physical shop. If they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we may deduct any resulting reduction in value from the refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or incorrect items

The return conditions above apply when you change your mind. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@tadazhi.com before returning it. Include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights, including your rights in relation to faulty goods, are not affected by this return policy.
