The Agreement

The Terms & Conditions must be accepted by you when placing your order on Together, the Terms & Conditions and your order confirmation constitute the Agreement.

The Agreement is concluded in English between you and tadazhi, Sankt Markus Plads 12 2. Th., 1921 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

The display of products on constitutes a binding offer on our part. You can place products in your basket without any obligation to buy and amend the content of your basket at any time prior to submitting a binding order. The Agreement and binding order is formed when you and patomum aps accept the content in your basket. The confirmation via e-mail does not constitute patomum aps accept.


You can pay with credit cards and PayPal which is shown as part of the check-out process.

The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the respective credit card company or PayPal and charged to your card.

The products remain our property until full payment has been received.


We ship worldwide to the countries specified. Delivery charges and estimated time of delivery are shown as part of the check-out process.

If the products are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights, including warranty rights, however in doing so you help us to asset our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

If delivery cannot take place, e.g. because there is no one at the delivery address given by you to sign for the receipt of products or the delivery is rejected at the delivery address given by you, we will offset the costs of returning the products in your reimbursement.

We take no responsibility for missing delivery or for delay in delivery due to circumstances outside our control.

Returning a product

Our customers satisfaction is extremely important to us and we try our best to return any correspondence within 48 hours.

We offer a full refund or an exchange on items within 30 days of purchase.

The cancellation period expires after 30 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us, before expiration of cancellation period, by e-mailing with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your name, address, order number and documentation for receipt of product.

You must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you exercise your cancellation right. Please return the products to the following address: patomum aps, Sankt Markus Plads 12,, 1921 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

When we have received the returned products, we will reimburse you without undue delay, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. It is a prerequisite the products are unused, in the original packaging with all original features, including e.g. hang tags, labels etc. When we reimburse you, we will reduce the reimbursement amount with an amount equal to the direct costs of returning the products and any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We do not receive packages where distribution costs are not paid by you or which are not distributed.

The cancellation right does not apply to products bought at a reduced price.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, our and your obligations according to Terms & Conditions will be suspended until force majeure does no longer apply.

An example of force majeure could be IT-manipulation, IT-breakdown, war, terror or other extraordinary unforeseeable situations.

In case a part can only fulfill its obligations by applying a disproportionate amount, this may also constitute force majeure. However, money shortage can never be force majeure.

If a supplier to has claimed force majeure and we therefore cannot fulfil our obligations towards you, we can claim force majeure towards you as well.
